Research Interests:
Proteins: structure, dynamics, folding, and function. High resolution nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Optical spectroscopies. Biocomputing and protein engineering. Proteins currently under invesigation include: hisactophilin (beta-trefoil protein); dihydrofolate reductase; ribonuclease H from Escherichia coli and HIV-I; human superoxide dismutase.
