Background Information & CVs...

CV (main) (appendix) I was born in México many years ago. Currently I'm living in Canada where I did my PhD on Environmental Engineering at the University of Waterloo. My background studies are in Civil Engineering with a Masters Degree on Hydraulic Engineering, both at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

Professional Interests & Current Work...

PhD Research Page The topic of my PhD Research dealt with the development of an integral system to model nonpoint source pollution in surface waters. This research was done in collaboration with the National Water Research Institute. NPS models were integrated with a decision support system and applied in several watersheds. ROS-AGNPS Interface (update).

3D Lake Model
Erie - Ontario To evaluate the water quality in lakes, a 3D hydrodynamic model developed at the Center for Water Research is being applied in Lake Erie and Lake Ontario (see Mean Circulation...in Google Earth...more in Google Earth Files). My contribution in this work is in supporting the 3D physical hydrodynamic/ecological modelling in lakes.

Papers List of my published articles, papers in conferences and others. I have some of them converted to PDF format (only where there is no Copyright conflict). You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to open them. With little luck, this section will be under permanent construction so please check it often.

World Cup I love 'futbol' (soccer) and I have compiled the results from all the World Cups. Pumas is my favourite mexican team. For more information on soccer and results from all around the world check the RSSSF Site.

Mexican Songs I enjoy mexican music, so that's why I have compiled some lyrics of mexican songs, mostly Mariachis (sorry, only lyrics no guitar chords yet). Also on a broader sense, one of my favourite groups is The Beatles (collection of lyrics).
