Welcome to the University of Waterloo SCUBA 2 project page.
UW is a part of the SCUBA2 collaboration along with the UKATC,
JAC, University of Cardiff, University of Edinburgh, NIST Labs
(Boulder), ASTRON, University of Leiden, Walther-Meissner-Institut,
University of British Columbia, University of Lethbridge, Universite de Montreal,
St. Mary's Univserity, Herzberg Institute of Astrophysics,
Universite Laval, University of Calgary, University of Victoria,
Canadian Space Agency, TNO TPD.
SCUBA-2 (Sub-millimetre Common User Bolometer Array 2) is a
camera designed to work at sub-millimetre wavelengths that will
be installed on the James Clerk Maxwell Telescope located in
Hawaii. At the University of Waterloo, we have designed and
built a testing facility which will characterize and document
the functionality of the multiplexed SQUID Wafers.
