Biography

Jeff earned a co-operative undergraduate degree in physics at the University of Waterloo in 2002. Under the supervision of Jan Kycia, he worked on building a SQUID based low frequency nuclear magnetic resonance system and graduated with a Master's degree in 2005. He worked for three years as a magnetic resonance imaging technician at Robarts Research Institute before returning in April 2008 to begin work on a Ph.D degree. He is currently working on implementing a high speed readout technique to study systems of semiconductor quantum dots.
