Reading Chinese Documents

I downloaded the Netscape 6.0 (free) recently, and installed a full version. I did choose to include Chinese language in the installation, and eliminated Japanese and Korean language to save space, because I do not read these languages.

After having done this, I am able to read Chinese documents on the Internet without any plug-ins. Thus, I decided to put some Chinese documents on this website.

Internet Explorer 5.50 can also display Chinese documents with no plug-in. Thus, you have your choice.

Some of these documents are in Word, and Word in MS Office 2000 is able to edit Chinese Documents without additional plug-ins. Thus, also I have put some Chinese documents in Words format here so that you may download them or open them to read using word. I believe Windows Explorer of recent version can also read Chinese documents.

Some of you are more of an expert than me, and I would like to hear better solutions than what I suggest here.

If you are using an older version of Netscape or other browsers, you may also goto NJStar.com to download some trial packages so that you will be able to read Chinese documents using some of your existing browsers and word processors.

If you have done the same download and installation, you will be able to read the following documents in Chinese.
