Canada Wide Science Fair 2008 Awards
On May 16, 2008, young researchers from the Waterloo-Wellington Science and Engineering Fair attending the Canada Wide Science Fair in Ottawa won a total of at least $61 100 in cash and scholarships combined. They were awarded a total of one Gold Medal, two Silver Medals, three Bronze Medals and three Honourable Mentions. Daniel Burd was awarded the "Best of Fair", which means he is the Canadian Champion.
